 Welcome to Morning Wood. My name is Kristen and this is my daughter, Sofia. Morning Wood started as a way for me to do something other than clean the house while my newborn slept. That newborn has grown into a sassy toddler who loves to help me build. Nothing has ever changed my life more than having Sofia. She has made me a (slightly) more patient person. Sofia inspires me. She makes me want to be a better person. (I'm not making any promises on that one) She loves to help and makes me eager to involve her in anything I can. I love to watch her paint and see how her imagination takes over. What started out as a hobby quickly developed into a passion and a pseudo-career. I just recently quit my weekend bartending gig to make Morning Wood as big as I can. (giggity) I love creating custom pieces for people and pouring myself into my projects. I do all of the work by myself with the exception of Sofia assisting me with painting this years holiday decor. She was a really good helper. She listened well, followed directions and finished the job. (all qualities she must get from her dad) If you've been following me for a while, I thank you. If you are new to Morning Wood, welcome.
